I am so lucky. This just shows how much people love and trust me. I wouldn't be surprised if three MORE new clients approach me soon!" Can you feel the shift in energy? Now, I know it's not always easy to break free from the scarcity mindset.

We often find ourselves thinking, "I have three new clients, but I was hoping for ten. How will I cover all my expenses? Where will I find more money?" These thoughts drain our motivation and on a neurological level trigger stress hormones, which can impact both physical and mental health. But fear not! By focusing on the success you've already achieved and tuning into gratitude multiple times a day, you unleash a powerful vibrational force within you—the ability to attract even more abundance. Your brain will also thank you with a little dopamine deposit!

But it's not just about mindset. To keep your energy and creativity revving at their peak, try adding some movement to your day. Take a stroll, indulge in a quick yoga flow, or better yet, crank up the volume on your favourite jam and let loose for a few minutes! Trust me, dancing is the ultimate joy booster, that fuels your passion and ignites your soul. As my current fave song (energy by Disclosure) says, "Where your focus goes, your energy flows!" So turn up the volume, and shake off that tension!
