CHOICE.

It’s something I’ve been sitting with deeply lately.

To choose is to reclaim our sovereignty - our sacred authority to shape our lives. But here’s the thing: even when we don’t choose, we’re still choosing.

Inaction is often an unconscious agreement to stay the same. A quiet tolerance of what is.

Over time, we can become disconnected from our power to choose. Layered beneath that disconnection are old stories and deeply rooted beliefs - about ourselves, about the world - that can feel so real, that they masquerade as truth.

And when we believe those stories, we stop choosing. We stay small and don't grow fully into ourselves.
